- In 2016, he graduated from Saitama Belle Epoque Culinary and Pastry College.
- Joined Patisserie Paris S’éveille and worked there for 8 years.
Learned there the basics of French confectionery being section chef of fresh confectionery for 2 years and baked confectionery for 1 year. - Worked for Au Chant du Coq in Versailles, France in 2023.
- In April 2024, he joined UN GRAIN.
Won an award in the 9th Utsumikai Taste Competition and has been proving his talent through competitions. - From April 2025, he assumed the position of Chef pâtissier.
